Thank you for your email. We had a fantastic holiday, a little cold compared to what we are use to, but great.

Thank you for all your help with booking our tours, they were really great. I truly enjoyed our Hiroshima tour the best and then the Mt Fuji was amazing as well. It snowed the night before we went to Mt Fuji, which made it very cold, however my husband got to see snow for the first time (he was very excited!) 

The Cherry Blossoms were truly worth all the people and craziness.

I don’t have any negative feedback, all the tours were well organised, great fun and informative .

We have returned from Japan after an enjoyable trip.

The main reason in writing to you is to acknowledge the tour arranged for us. Being the first day after arriving in Japan we got a good idea about Tokyo, particularly the train system and seeing the Cherry Blossom.

Mikki, our guide was excellent and made every endeavour to not lose anyone as well as explaining and ensure we saw the features of  the tour. It would be appreciated if you could pass our thanks onto her and the Company.

We had a super holiday in Japan, thank you. The snow at Rusutsu was excellent, at Naeba a bit soft but it is a great place for the apres-ski. Lots of Restaurant options. On the downside, it is infested with snow boarders?

Now, the advice on getting to Haneda by train needs to be revised.   People should book through to Shinagawa on the Shinkansen.   There is no direct connection from Tokyo station. Then once at Shinagawa, take the Keikyu line to Haneda, about 15 to 20 mins.

Please let me know of any early bird specials, we would be looking at Rusutsu again and for about the same time of year.

My husband and I have opted for the 21 day JR pass seeing as we’re in Tokyo for a whole week and will likely be travelling around during that time. We’re happy to spend the little extra so we don’t have to think about when to activate and to keep track of when our passes expire.

Before I go though, I have to mention that you miss (or Ms) are a legend! I’ve spoken to you a couple of times on the phone and now via email and every time you’ve gone over and above to provide us with all the details we need to take the stress away from planning our trip. You’ve not only recommended ways in which we can better get to each destination but also provided us with good tips on our travels during Golden week – making sure we booked our accommodation first (good call). In addition to this, we really appreciate how you’ve tried to help us save on costs (something you don’t often see).
